The location was great, perfect, next to the pedestrian area, the river, and the Old Town, which is beautiful and peaceful. the breakfast offered lots of options and was plentiful and wonderful. - the staff were polite and outstandingly accommodating.

What I liked: New facility with professional staff.
What I didn't like: a room that was adjacent to Constitution Street. Why, this street is a main thouroughfare with lots of automobile traffic noise. Perhaps, windows and walls that reduce or block traffic noise is cost effective for this hotel budget.

Perfect localization in downtown, nice and clean rooms and really very good foot in their restaurant. Especially restaurant crew turned out to be very helpful when I had to interview few people for a job. They just gave me a table somewhere in a corner so we were not disturbing other guests as well as we were not disturbed by them. Excellent flexibility.

Everything was modern, nothing to complain about. the location was nice and unbeatable, for example, Palm House was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. - I ate at a good restaurant with excellent food. I 100% recommend this hotel.

Rooms well appointed, comfortable beds. Reasonably quiet (with windows closed) despite one half fronting on a busy street. Excellent breakfast. Very close to city center.

As friends who are going out at nights, we loved the modern gym and spa facilities. They were clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxation and unwinding after a night of fun.

The Breakfast was amazing, the best I had in Poland.
The air conditioning was awful. Incredibly weak, especially on hot days, you would be sweating in the room. For the amount you pay, they need to replace the air conditioning.

Modern and high-class hotel, we appreciated it.
The location of the hotel was great - within walking distance of Town Hall. The breakfast was enjoyable, there was a wide range of food to chose from. The staff was pleasant, went the extra mile to provide a nice stay. We didn't want to say goodbye and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again👌
